Whenever a disaster happens in the name of terror attack... fingers are always pointed towards intelligence failure.. at the end of the investigation, police would come to know that the anti social elements infact had a proper driving license / ration card / even passport ... and they planned well in advance etc... etc... You go to passport office and will come to know the lengthy procedures that needs to be followed which includes police verification/documents and so on.. but how do these terrorists get ID's easily?? i think i know the answer!!!
Couple of months ago, when i went to a nationalised bank for opening a savings bank account.. i was told to produce few proofs.. unfortunately i did not have one of them and i was confused... to my surprise i got a response from the manager... "no problem.. you just get a letter from a notary and we will have it opened immediately".. i went to the high court and asked a young advocate who was near the gate... on the procedures for getting a letter from notary.. he gave me an answer instantly.. "do you see a vehicle there? go to them and say you need a letter with these details.. see how much they would charge... if they ask Rs.400 you better go to the back side of this building and you will have few more vehicles... enquire and compare... get it from the cheapest".. i did the same.. compared with three people and got the letter for Rs.300. None of them asked a single question about who am i or what am i doing? their assistants were busy negotiating with the crowd near the vehicle and one person was typing things in judicial bond papers as dictated by the notary (never know whether they will be genuine advocates!!).. after my letter was prepared.. the advocate pasted his rubber stamp and signature and said "Here it is.. you can use this as a proof for anything...take few copies and use it in future" and started dictating for the next letter!
Now... do you know how they get everything??
